Sri. Krishna Swamy Kaushik, aged 46 years, is the Senior Partner of the Firm and qualified in the year 1996. He completed his articleship from Varma & Varma, Trivandrum. During his association with Varma & Varma, he gained considerable experience in Statutory, Internal and Taxation Audits. He was also employed as Financial Controller with South Park Hotels Pvt. Ltd., Thiruvananthapuram, a four star hotel managed by ITC. Apart from internal, concurrent and statutory audits experience, he has vast experience in setting up and reviewing internal controls in organizations and in Foreign regulations.

Sri. Ramanathan Sarma, aged 50 years, second partner of the Firm qualified in the year 1998. His association with Varma & Varma has given him vast experience in internal, tax and statutory audits. He has considerable experience in legal and taxation matters.
